Refund Policy (Политика возврата средств)

Forgeon, Inc.

1. General Information

This Refund Policy regulates the terms under which payments for services and digital goods purchased on the Forgeon platform (including the website and mobile applications) may be refunded.

By using the Forgeon platform and making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Premium Subscription (for users)

A user may request a refund for a Premium subscription if the following conditions are met:

  • the refund request is submitted within 5 (five) days from the purchase date;
  • the user spent less than 45 minutes in total reading time on the platform since the Premium subscription purchase.

If the above conditions are met, Forgeon may process the refund.

Forgeon reserves the right to deny a refund in case abuse of the refund system is detected.

3. Book Purchases

Purchases of digital books on the Forgeon platform are not refundable.

Upon purchasing a book, the user receives immediate access to the digital content. Since access to digital content is provided right after purchase, refunds for book purchases are not available, except as required by applicable law.

4. Author Subscriptions

Author subscriptions (including subscriptions to the editor, content creation tools, and access to assets) may be refunded if the following conditions are met:

  • the refund request is submitted within 3 (three) days from the purchase date;
  • the author used the editor or platform tools for less than 1 hour since the subscription was purchased.

These thresholds (3 days and up to 60 minutes in the editor) are also used in internal administrative scenarios for evaluating the eligibility for a refund for payments on the website; time tracking in the editor may rely on activity data in the service.

5. Digital Assets

Purchases of digital assets (including, but not limited to: images, audio, video, templates, interface elements, game items, and other digital materials) are not refundable because access to the digital product is provided immediately after purchase.

6. Purchases via Apple App Store and Google Play

If a purchase or subscription was made via Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are processed according to Apple or Google rules and policies.

Forgeon does not process refunds for purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play. For refunds in these cases, the user must contact Apple (billing and subscriptions help) or Google (refunds on Google Play) directly.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a refund through a bank or payment system (chargeback) without contacting Forgeon support, Forgeon reserves the right to:

  • suspend or block the user’s account;
  • limit access to purchased content;
  • remove access to subscriptions;
  • deny further provision of services.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the user must contact Forgeon support and provide:

  • the email address associated with the account;
  • the purchase date;
  • the payment amount;
  • the reason for the refund request.

9. Refund Timelines

If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund processing time may take from 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank or payment system.

10. Policy Changes

Forgeon reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version of the policy is published on the Forgeon website. See also Terms of Use.
